Sustainability is a daily commitment for us.

When responsibility becomes innovation.

A concrete commitment to sustainability.

We believe in design that respects the environment. Every stage of our production process is designed to reduce environmental impact and give new life to resources.

We use natural raw materials, carefully selected from certified and trusted suppliers, adopting advanced technologies to minimize waste. We regenerate 100% of the resources resulting from our production processes, reintegrating them into a virtuous cycle of reuse.
Our commitment extends beyond our own production: we collaborate with other companies to enhance the value of unused resources, turning them into new production opportunities. An approach that optimizes the use of raw materials and strengthens a concrete model of circular economy.

Our commitment to a responsible tomorrow is clear and is realized by supporting companies that lack the technical capacity to reintroduce their waste into industrial production cycles, integrating it into our processes to give it a new life.

Circular economy
We regenerate 100% of materials
We recover and reintroduce 100% of the materials from our production processes, giving new life to both raw and fired waste to minimize waste. This approach is not limited to our internal resources but goes beyond: we acquire and transform materials from other industrial processes, integrating them into production and contributing to a more efficient and sustainable circular economy model. Every recovered resource is reintegrated into the production cycle, reducing the consumption of virgin raw materials and the overall environmental impact.

Green electricity
Electricity: renewable choices, concrete commitment
Producing ceramic requires a lot of energy. That's why we invest in renewables: over 20,000 m² of photovoltaic panels cover our plant and generate around 5.3 million kWh per year, with an estimated reduction of about 2,400 tonnes of CO₂ per year.* In addition, all the electricity we purchase from the grid is certified as coming from renewable sources through Guarantees of Origin (GOs).

*Calculation in accordance with the GHG Protocol; based on ISPRA and TERNA data - Emission Factor from gross thermoelectric production (fossil only), 2023 (latest data available as of 31/07/2026).

Water resources
We recover 100% of process water
100% of the processing water is recovered and reused, with over 400 million liters regenerated in the past four years, reducing the consumption of external water resources. In addition, rainwater collected in our artificial lake significantly contributes to the water supply for production processes, reinforcing a sustainable management model.
Thanks to these integrated systems, we reduce dependence on natural water sources and optimize the use of an essential resource for ceramic production.

Recycled packaging
Recycled packaging materials
For our products, we choose packaging made from recycled materials, featuring cardboard and recycled plastic solutions with percentages up to 100%. Last year, this commitment resulted in the use of over 485 tons of shrink film (with over 80% recycled content), which allowed us to avoid the emission of 1,200 tons of $CO_2$ equivalent*. A circular approach completed by the management of our own plastic waste: over the past year, we sent more than 140 tons of it for recovery.

*CO_2eq expresses the climate impact of different greenhouse gases in terms of CO_2; the reduction is estimated by comparing the Carbon Footprint of the recycled material with that of the virgin material.

Our commitment to the environment goes beyond renewable energy and recycling; it also extends to production innovation. With ReSource, we transform materials into new responsible collections.

ReSource

From Excess to Sustainability Excellence
Mirage

The ReSource project redefines the standards of responsible production.

With ReGea, the new collection in the ReSource line, we reach a significant evolution in our production processes: the ceramic formulation now includes 63% recycled materials, both pre- and post-consumer, also thanks to the introduction of recycled glass from decommissioned photovoltaic panels.

This is a concrete innovation that will be extended to all ReSource collections.
In addition to reducing the use of virgin resources, we adopt optimized 8 mm thicknesses, improving both energy and logistics efficiency, while reducing consumption and emissions throughout the entire supply chain.
A vision that turns sustainability into a design standard and a tangible value for contemporary architecture.

Certified materials for sustainable construction.

The choice of materials is essential for the environmental impact of buildings. Mirage porcelain stoneware surfaces are crafted using the best available technologies, guaranteeing quality, durability, and recognized certifications.

Mirage porcelain stoneware surfaces are designed to ensure long-term durability, aesthetics, and functionality, reducing the need for replacements and contributing to the conservation of natural resources. Thanks to their resistance and the potential to be recycled at the end of their life cycle, they fit seamlessly into a circular economy model, lowering environmental impact.
Our commitment to sustainability extends beyond material quality and is reflected in our adherence to major international certification standards. Our products meet strict environmental criteria, making them a reliable choice for sustainability-focused architects and designers.
We guarantee maximum transparency regarding environmental impact throughout the entire product life cycle. Our certifications attest to the safety and healthiness of Mirage surfaces and their contribution to responsible architectural design.
From ESG performance evaluations with EcoVadis to indoor air quality certifications such as Greenguard Gold, as well as environmental and social standards defined by ISO 17889-1, we are committed to continuously improving our impact. Our Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) allow us to monitor the life-cycle impact of our materials, while LEED and WELL certifications support the design of healthier and more efficient buildings.

Logistic efficiency for a lower environmental impact

The sustainability of the production chain is not limited to the choice of raw materials and manufacturing processes but extends to logistics with concrete solutions to reduce environmental impact.

Our commitment to sustainability goes beyond production and involves the entire supply chain, including the logistics sector, with concrete solutions to reduce environmental impact. For every four units of raw materials transported, one travels by rail, helping to reduce CO₂ emissions and decrease road traffic.
This approach is also reflected in our ReSource collections, where we have reduced the thickness of certain formats to 8 mm. The lower weight of the slabs allows us to maximize load capacity, reducing the number of trips required for distribution and further cutting emissions across the entire supply chain.
Every choice we make is driven by the desire to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact at every stage of our work, while maintaining the quality and performance of our materials.

We grow together, every day.

People are the heart of our company: skilled and passionate professionals who grow in a stimulating work environment focused on shared success.
